My award-winning gourmet marinades and condiments are now featured on Many Kitchens' new and really cool gourmet artisanal, online marketplace.

I met founder Valentina Rice last September when she invited Baron's International Kitchen to be featured on the marketplace. Like me, Valentina is a foodie who enjoys all kinds of fine foods. Starting Many Kitchens has been her dream for some time because, "...sometimes you're looking for something new but you don't know what's good to try. Wouldn't it be great if there was an online space you could go to to find gourmet foods someone else has already tried and recommended". As she discovered new and truly scrumptious gourmet delecacies, she also wished there was an online space where she could share those culinary experiences with other foodies. She joined forces with Chef Aurora Satler and created Many Kitchens to be that online space.

Happy New Year! The holidays are always so hectic and I find that it's not until after the holidays that I realize just how busy it's been :) As usual, there's a lot going on and it's time to catch up on all that's new and exciting as we kick off 2013.

Really exciting news! My award-winning Caribbean Jerk Sauce Marinades, Portuguese Repolho Relish and Caribbean Hot Sauce are now distributed by Adventure In Food Trading. Located in Menands, NY, Adventure In Food Trading is a wholesale distributor of culinary specialties, delivering to chefs and restaurants, fine specialty gourmet and gift shops in NY, CT, MA, NJ, VT & PA. Since its inception in 1980, Adventure in Food Trading has been the premier purveyor of wild game, natural meat, gourmet cheese and culinary specialties to the Northeast's finest chefs. I first met Sales Manager Chef Kurt Schmidt, back in 2011 and since then, his advice while I worked to grow Baron's International Kitchen has been just invaluable. It's so great that we're now working together.

Now available at a 3rd Westchester retailer

Bedford Gourmet is the latest retailer to feature Baron's International Kitchen on its shelves.

Bedford Gourmet is located in Bedford Village, near the town of Bedford, in Westchester, NY. This specialty shop features a wide variety of locally made gourmet products. Here you’ll find an extensive cheese collection, robust Bedford Blend coffee, a hearty muffins and bread selection, tempting cold salads and scrumptious entrees all prepared daily using fresh vegetables and herbs from local gardens and other fine ingredients.

Great news! My award-winning  gourmet marinades and condiments are now available in New York City.

You can purchase my savory Caribbean Jerk Sauce Marinades, tantalizing Portuguese Repolho Relish and delectable Caribbean Hot Sauce at Garden of Eden, located at 14th Street Union Square in Manhattan. Call at 212 255 4200.

Garden of Eden and their Eden Marketplace are full-service, specialty grocers. I can see why they say there’s “A Temptation in Every Aisle”. They have such a huge selection of gourmet yummies, you won't be able to resist taking something home with you...and have you visited their bakery counter lately? Oh my goodness!

New Westchester Retailer Features Baron's International Kitchen

Food For Thought is the latest retailer to feature Baron's International Kitchen on its shelves.

Food For Thought is neighborhood staple, serving its community for 40 years. It carries an extensive array of pretty much everything, from produce, meats and dairy goods to low carbohydrate, organic, and gluten-free foods. There are also vitamins, minerals, herbs, and homeopathic remedies- everything you need to stay healthy...and, it's conveniently located within walking distance of the train.

Food For Thought is located on Spring Street in the historic village of Hastings-on-Hudson in Westchester, NY. Hastings-on-Hudson is on the banks of the Hudson River opposite the Palisades cliffs and just north of the city of Yonkers, NY. There are awesome views of the river, the Palisades and Manhattan.

I'll be at Food For Thought today fron 11-2 sharing free samples and recipes. Hope you'll stop by if you're in the area.

The 2012 Hudson Valley Wine & Food Fest!

This was my third year as a vendor at the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival. The event was held this past weekend at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in historic Rhinebeck, NY.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and to my family for the amazing support. My awesome cousins who gave up their weekend to work- I LOVE you gals! My little ones Mina & Jake who gave out samples and my hubby Josh who helped keep the technology working. Thank you!

I introduced my new Gourmet Condiment Sampler Set at the show this year. It features dipping-sized versions of my gourmet, award-winning Caribbean Marinade, Portuguese Repolho Relish and Caribbean Hot Sauce.

I'll be out in the coming weeks doing in-store demos/samplings. If I missed you at the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival, I hope to see you at one of the sampling events.
